Job Title : Administrative Assistant
Location : Neosho, MO
Pay Range : $17-$19
Shift : 8 : 00 AM - 3 : 00 PM, Monday through Thursday
What's the Job?
Provide administrative and clerical support to pastoral staff and ministry leaders
Answer phones, greet visitors, and manage incoming correspondence
Maintain office supplies and equipment to ensure operational efficiency
Prepare and distribute church bulletins, newsletters, and other communications
Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining the church calendar
What's Needed?
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Familiarity with Baptist church practices and values is a plus
