The Opportunity :
We are seeking a Financial Advisor to join our team. Here at MassMutual Greater Los Angeles you will own your book of business, attract new clients, and nurture those client relationships. As a new team member, you will provide personalized investment solutions to help clients work toward their long-term financial goals. Job Responsibilities :
Cultivate client relationshipsAdvise clients on investment strategies, aligning with their financial goals and risk tolerance.Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services to recommend suitable solutions based on client needs.Communicate effectively with clients to build long-lasting relationshipsMonitor financial market trends to ensure that the client's plans are effective.Complying with all industry rules and regulations, and with the company's policies.Desired Qualifications :
3-5 years experience as a Financial Advisor or similar role.Health and Life LicenseSuccessful completion of FINRA Series 7 and 66 exams.Strong critical thinking skills and ability to solve complex problems.Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills.A Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field.Nice-to-Haves :
CFP (Certified Financial Planner) certificationUnderstanding and experience with financial planning softwareProven track record of success in a sales roleExperience with CRM software, ideally Salesforce.Passionate about providing excellent client service.
