Key Responsibilities

Provide personalized financial advice, including equity compensation planning and retirement planning, to startup employees and executives

Develop and maintain trusted relationships with high-net-worth clients and drive business growth through client acquisition

Shape scalable systems for delivering customized financial advice and ensure client satisfaction as the firm grows

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in financial advisory, wealth management, or related roles, with expertise in equity compensation

Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field (CFP designation or advanced degree is a plus)

Proven track record in client relationship management, particularly with high-net-worth individuals

Tech-savvy and open to leveraging new tools for improving client experiences

Flexible and comfortable with the dynamic nature of startup culture
