Purpose of Role

The Product Line Manager (PLM), Men's Training Apparel & Footwear, plays a critical role in building and managing seasonal line plans that meet the needs of the training athlete while delivering against revenue, margin, and growth targets. This role manages Men's Training Apparel end-to-end seasonal execution and contributes significantly to co-gender Footwear innovation and strategy, ensuring both categories deliver performance solutions backed by consumer insight and athlete validation.

Your Impact

• Manage seasonal assortments across apparel and footwear, ensuring a balance of innovation, carryover, and regional relevance.
• Anticipate obstacles in seasonal execution and take action to deliver against athlete needs.
• Solicit athlete and consumer feedback, interpret insights, and translate them into clear, actionable briefs for both apparel and footwear.
• Influence apparel fits, fabrics, and silhouettes alongside footwear performance, durability, and innovation platforms.
• Partner with Merchandising and Finance to deliver margin, SKU efficiency, and lifecycle planning across apparel and footwear.
• Stay externally oriented by engaging with athletes, consumers, and marketplace activity.
• Serve as the hub between Design, Development, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Regions, and Accounts to align product creation and GTM.
• Leverage athlete and consumer insights to shape product briefs, seasonal stories, and GTM plans, tailoring communication to different audiences and ensuring Training apparel and footwear anchor brand narratives.
• Provide coaching and feedback to APLMs, interns, and cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

Workplace Location

Location : This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Baltimore, MD office. Work Schedule : This role follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring 4 days in-office per week. Base Compensation

$111,919.79 - $153,889.70 USD Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
