Assisting the store General Manager, it will be your job to lead your food service team to ensure our customers are happy, satisfied and keep coming back for our tasty offerings and superior customer service.

Many of today's store General Managers started their retail management careers in this job.What You'll Do as a Food Team ManagerEngage with the store team and customers to provide excellent customer serviceManage our food operations, ensure food safety, and promote food serviceDisplay a positive attitude and promote teamworkAssist in recruiting, training, and developing the best store team to drive performanceMotivate and engage the store team to provide great foodCreate and support a positive and fun work environmentExhibit professionalism in appearance, conduct, and judgmentProvide store support by conducting associate orientation and training, food presentation, completing inventory counts, following food concept program guidelines, and running the cash register when neededMaintain store cleanlinessAssist in managing controllable costsResponsible for ensuring personnel / payroll related administrative duties are completed accurately, on time and in accordance with company policies and proceduresProficiently executes job responsibilities within the following areas : associate orientation, customer orientation and food presentation / concept execution (ie : daily books, completing CGO counts, completing daily checklist, following food concept program guidelines)You'll Be a Great Fit if You'reAble to provide positive leadership and promote teamwork within the food teamFocused on engaging with food & team and customers to provide excellent serviceCommitted to meeting high food safety and quality standardsExcited to learn how to prepare great foodFriendly & outgoingAt your best in a fast-paced environmentExcited to assist in recruiting, training, developing, and motivating the teamComfortable multi-tasking and adapt easily to changeWhy Kum & Go?
