Position : Senior Analog Electronics Engineer

Location : Greater Boston, MA (Hybrid - 3 to 4 days onsite)

Job Description :

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Analog Electronics Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, specifying, developing, and testing analog electronics across a broad range of applications. This includes analog front-end systems, signal conditioning, analog-to-digital conversion, precision feedback systems, and DC / DC conversion. The Senior Analog Electronics Engineer will work on a variety of projects, contributing from the initial planning phase through to the development and testing of hardware systems. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to) :

• Design, develop, and test analog electronics for various applications, including amplifiers, LDOs, comparators, mixers, and phase-locked loops.
• Optimize designs for low noise, high performance, and efficiency (size, weight, and power).
• Create technical specifications and oversee the development and production of new products.
• Analyze hardware configurations and ensure compliance with specifications through rigorous testing.
• Develop solutions for complex technical problems, particularly when customer requirements are unclear or evolving.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in analog electronics and provide advanced design guidance.
• Contribute to business development, proposals, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Manage multi-disciplinary tasks and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals.
• Mentor junior engineers, document best practices, and improve engineering processes.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication throughout project lifecycles.
