Job Description
- Lead / participate in projects to improve processes, reduce downtime, and improve safety
- Perform time studies and line balancing
- 3D modeling for the design of plant floor layouts and setup of new machine cells
- Implement new machinery and tooling for production as needed
- Work cross-functionally with Quality and Product Engineering to support new product launches, perform PFMEAs, and address production issues
- Play a key role on APQP team, ensuring feasibility and quality of manufacturing new products
- Assist with value stream mapping

The Successful Applicant
- BS in Engineering or Industrial Technology
- 3+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment, exposure to electronics manufacturing / electrical assembly highly preferred
- Experience leading and / or participating in continuous improvement projects
- Comfortable / familiar in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
- Safety background
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

- Base salary $85,000-$110,000 depending on level of experience
