Gpac just partnered with a rapidly growing manufacturing company that is seeking a VP of Operations or Operations Manager.

Highly competitive compensation package.

Experience :

10+ years of progressive leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior management role.

Strong engineering background and tool room background / programming (preferred)

Manufacturing background

Proven track record of strategic planning and operational execution.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

Self-motivated and able to work independently without the need for constant oversight.

5 to 6 direct reports (warehouse quality maintenance etc.) indirect 30.
