Key Responsibilities
Oversee plan document processes, ensuring compliance with IRS, ERISA, and DOL requirements
Provide leadership and coaching to team members, fostering a positive work environment
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent work experience
6-8 years of experience in customer service, administration, or operations, preferably in financial services or insurance
Prior supervisory experience preferred
Experience with project management methodology is strongly preferred
Advanced technical / computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
