Onboarding Specialist

As an Onboarding Specialist, you’ll ensure every new employee has a smooth, welcoming, and compliant transition into GoRascal. You’ll manage the orientation process, track onboarding tasks, and partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver an exceptional new hire experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new hire paperwork, background checks, and compliance requirements.
• Lead orientation sessions and guide new hires through systems, policies, and tools.
• Ensure Airtable and other tracking systems are up to date for all onboarding stages.
• Partner with Recruitment to move committed Loan Officers into onboarding quickly and efficiently.
• Maintain ongoing communication with new hires pre-start and post-orientation to ensure engagement.
• Identify opportunities to streamline, automate and improve onboarding workflows.
