Customer Service Representative
This position greets and provides assistance to the public entering the building; will require to handle complaints in a professional manner while making the person feel comfortable;
Will assist the injured worker, attorneys, insurance carriers, and third party administrators while they are reviewing and / or printing documents.
Will answer phones, direct the public, distribute mail.
Skills Required
Verbal and written communication skills Computer skills Customer service skills Operate view center systems Operate computer Follow written and oral instructions Learn basic computer system applications.
Experience Required
Proficiency in PC applications Microsoft Office Suite; Outlook, Word, Excel Review and interpret information presented Strong critical thinking skills Experience using multiple screens Time Management Attention to detail Ability to learn and operate Pitney Bowes machine.
Education Required
High School Graduate or GED.
