A company is looking for a Medical Eligibility Specialist ALTCS (AZ / Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Assess the medical eligibility of individuals applying for the Arizona Long Term Care Services (ALTCS) program

Build and improve processes that impact patient care and accessibility to long-term care services

Work collaboratively with a team dedicated to providing affordable long-term care solutions

Required Qualifications

3 years of experience in social service case management or relevant educational background with 2 years of experience

Experience working with the elderly population for at least 2 years

In-depth knowledge of ALTCS medical eligibility criteria and rules

Direct experience with ALTCS PAS assessments

Active Arizona RN license or a degree in a related field
