About the role :

Project Manager Assistant will be responsible for assisting with project management tasks.

• Project setup entry in LIMS.
• Manage subcontract work.
• Create final reports.
• Answer phones / email reports.
• Maintain client files.
• Review client reports.
• Ensure project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately.
• Prepare quote and basic proposals.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

About you :

• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office.
• Problem solving skills.
• Team oriented.

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 1 - 3 years of laboratory experience is preferred.
• 0 - 5 year of project management experience is preferred

Physical Demands :

• Able to work in a standard office setting and to use standard office equipment, including a computer;
• Able to maintain attention to detail despite interruptions;
• Able to lift and carry files weighing up to 5 pounds;
• Vision to read printed materials and a computer screen;
• Hearing and speech to communicate in person and over the telephone.
