Description :

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Nurse to join our team.

The nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in the emergency department.

The unit has 21 beds with a patient ratio of 4 : 1.

The unit has available unit secretary support, but no technician support.

Standard emergency room equipment will be used.

Documentation will be performed using the Meditech system.

Scheduling will require four weekend shifts in a four-week period.

Floating to other sites may be required.

Patient experience expectations will be outlined and signed on the first day.

The goal for patient experience is 75%.

Certifications required include BLS, ACLS, and PALS, with preferred certifications in TNCC and ENPC.

Advanced skills in TNCC and ENPC are desired.

Standard emergency procedures will be performed on this unit.

The dress code consists of scrubs in black or royal blue.

We offer brand new GE monitors and ultrasound equipment, along with new stretchers.
