CNC Milling or Lathe w / Programming Skills $45 / hr. (Permanent Job)

Responsibilities :

• Program, setup and operate CNC multi-axis lathe and / or milling machines
• Using various metal types from raw stock to finished products
• Plan and layout work from customer drawings and other specifications
• Determine speeds, feeds, tolerances, and sequences of machine operations
• Make all setups and adjust machines as needed
• Fishing metal by hand or machine
• Using measuring instruments such as : vernier calipers, micrometers, surface gages, profilometer, CMM, vision systems and dial indicators
• Calculating complex and / or component angles and dimensions
• Using computer programs as needed

Qualifications :

Hours are :

Monday through Friday -7am to 3 : 30pm

The pay is up to $45.00 an hour based on experience
