Job descriptionCareer ladder opportunities aligned to your education, certifications, and experience Support to grow from CRT to RRT, with tuition assistance, paid study time, and exam reimbursement $12,000 for therapists with 0–1 year of experience (2-year commitment) accepting a full-time role $20,000 for therapists with 1+ years of experience (2-year commitment) accepting a full-time role Certified Respiratory Therapists (CRT) Registered Respiratory Therapists (RRT) Senior Registered Respiratory Therapists (RRT) Graduate of a CoARC-accredited Respiratory Therapy program required As part of our career ladder, levels require different experience levels – but you can start with no experience! Senior level requires willingness to complete a project to benefit the profession, hospital, and / or unit Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) required. RRTs certified after July 1, 2002 must maintain NBRC certification per NBRC guidelines. Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license required in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvanian Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Act 33 Clearance (with renewal) Act 34 Clearance (with renewal) Act 73 FBI Clearance (with renewal) Graduate of a CoARC-accredited Respiratory Therapy program required As part of our career ladder, levels require different experience levels – but you can start with no experience!
