Job Description :
We seek a dedicated Assistant Project Manager passionate about excellence in the HVAC and plumbing sector. This role is instrumental in supporting project management activities and ensuring efficient and effective delivery of our services.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in managing and overseeing commercial HVAC and plumbing construction projects.
- Coordinate with project teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Support the development and tracking of project schedules and budgets.
- Utilize Bluebeam, construction scheduling, and estimating software to streamline project execution.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in managing project documentation and communication.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the project team.
- Collaborate with senior project managers in planning and decision-making processes.
Requirements :
- Must be located in Sacramento, CA, or willing to relocate there.
- Stable work history demonstrating commitment and professionalism.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial HVAC and plumbing construction project management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or Construction Management.
- Proficiency in Bluebeam and other construction management software.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and estimating.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
