Full-time | On-site | On-call 24 / 7 | $72,000–$75,000 / year

About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead operations for a multifamily community. This role is ideal for a proven leader with strong organizational, financial, and people-management skills who thrives in a high-focus, fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will bring affordable housing and Section 8 expertise, excellent leadership abilities, and hands-on experience managing both residents and teams. You’ll work directly with a Regional Manager with 20+ years of experience—a transparent, supportive professional who sets clear expectations and provides continuous guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of property operations : leasing, maintenance, budgeting, financial performance, and resident satisfaction.
• Lead and motivate a team of on-site employees, ensuring accountability, collaboration, and performance excellence.
• Ensure Section 8, HUD, and LIHTC compliance, maintaining strong occupancy and meeting all regulatory standards.
• Prepare, analyze, and manage annual budgets, rent collections, and vendor contracts.
• Conduct regular inspections to uphold property quality, curb appeal, and safety standards.
• Be available for after-hours and weekend emergencies; this is a 24 / 7 on-call position.
• Build lasting resident relationships and foster a positive, respectful community culture.
