Join our fast-growing team to improve lives through real estate! The Property Manager serves as the face of the company, providing exceptional service to residents at 4 apartment communities (~290 units) in the east area of Pittsburgh including North Versailles, Edgewood, East McKeesport, and Wilmerding. Reporting to the regional manager, this person manages day-to-day property management, budget execution, leasing, and resident satisfaction at apartment and townhome communities.

Maximize operational performance of propertiesProvide excellent customer service through prompt, professional, and authentically caring responsesLead the leasing efforts for your property group by executing or overseeing advertising, applications, showings, walkthroughs, move-ins, and renewalsConduct monthly budget reporting; collaborate with asset management on annual budgets; approve weekly payablesManage collections and delinquencies, including eviction courtOversee the completion of maintenance tasks and enhance the property's curb appealLead, manage, and train the team to accomplish the goals of the property groupMaintain clean and safe properties by resolving tenant complaints, conducting weekly onsite inspections, and enforcing rules of occupancyCoordinate services with external vendorsSet the scope of turnovers and capital projectsLead the onboarding of new properties to the property group if neededOther duties as assigned to help Birgo improve lives through real estateSuccessful Candidate Profile
Experience
4+ years experience as a property managerIn-depth understanding of Pittsburgh's market-rate multi-family real estate industryExperience with Section 8 (HACP, ACHA)Experience with AppFolio or other property management softwareScattered site experience (preferred)Experience working with diverse populationsSkills
Technology savvyExcellent interpersonal skillsStrong skills in written, verbal, and persuasive communicatio nOrganizational skills, time management, and attention to detailWork Style
