Tuesday – Friday : 9 AM to 5 : 30 PM

A Mailroom Delivery Attendant / Concierge is a front-line customer service professional responsible for managing and distributing mail and packages in a residential or office building. The role combines the organizational skills of a mailroom clerk with the hospitality and guest services of a concierge.

Duties and responsibilities :

Mail and package handling

Concierge and resident services

Building security and safety

Customer service :  Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills to interact effectively and politely with a wide variety of people.
