Job Title : Maintenance Technician

Location : Raleigh / Durham, NC

About Us : LHH is looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician to join a growing company. Offering a hands-on role with diverse equipment and ongoing skills development in a collaborative and safety-focused work culture. Must have 7+ years with manufacturing maintenance, and electrical.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing machinery.

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.

Assist with installation and commissioning of new machines.

Maintain work order records and preventative maintenance schedules in CMMS.

Collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve equipment issues.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal policies.

Conduct routine inspections to identify equipment wear and potential failures.

Support manufacturing KPIs and performance metrics.

Implement 5S in maintenance and work areas.

Qualifications :

7+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience

Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical, and PLC troubleshooting.

Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.

Proficient with tools, diagnostic devices, and CMMS.

Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.

Technical diploma or associate degree in industrial maintenance, mechatronics, or related field preferred.

Pay $62K - $82K depending on experience.

Pay Details : $62,000.00 to $82,000.00 per year
