Job Description / Responsibilities :
- Team Leadership & Management : Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital operations professionals. Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous learning to ensure the team is performing at its best.
- Client Relationship Management : Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for the client, building a strong relationship based on trust and a deep understanding of their business goals and challenges.
- Operational Excellence : Oversee the day-to-day operations of our digital platforms, ensuring high availability, stability, and reliability. This includes managing incident response, issue resolution, and operational workflows.
- Performance Improvement : Strategically plan and execute initiatives to improve site performance and overall digital health. Utilize data and best practices to identify bottlenecks and implement effective solutions.
- Triage & Incident Management : Establish and refine the triage process for customer-impacting issues. Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary tools and processes to efficiently identify, analyze, and escalate problems.
- Process & Best Practice Implementation : Develop, document, and enforce best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the digital operations team. Constantly look for opportunities to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
- Reporting & Communication : Provide regular, data-driven reports to the client and internal stakeholders on key performance indicators (KPIs), site health, and operational performance. Clearly communicate technical concepts and business impact to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strategic Planning : Work with the client and internal leadership to define and execute the digital operations roadmap. Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
