As an Airport Law Enforcement Officer - Armed Patrol in Kahului, HI, you will serve and safeguard the airport, its facilities, its travelers, and airport operations. Position Type : Part Time - Afternoon

Pay Rate : $28.86 / Hour with an hourly bonus of $3.58. Premium paid shall be based on the position actually worked by the employee.

Job Schedule : Day

Wed 01 : 30 PM - 10 : 00 PM

Thur 01 : 30 PM - 10 : 00 PM

Each LEO will possess the following minimum qualifications (NO EXCEPTIONS) : To be considered, all applicants must meet the following criteria :

• 2+ years of professional law enforcement experience in the U.S. after graduating from a certified law enforcement academy (Federal, State, or County level)
• Graduate of Law Enforcement or Military Police Training Program or Equivalent (must provide credentials upon applying)
• Valid Driver's License
• Law Enforcement Officer License
• 22+ years of age

Knowledge and Skills Required :

Must be able to supervise Contractor's personnel and work effectively with airport management, tenants, other law enforcement agencies and the public on matters relating to security disputes, complaints on the performance, conduct or behavior of subordinate employees.

Other related attributes that would enhance hiring consideration :

Shall have no record of moral turpitude, domestic violence, untruthfulness, or mental or emotional disorders which may interfere with performance of duties.
