About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Digital Ads to lead the strategic growth of the digital advertising team, with a focus on upper-funnel and brand-building initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the upper-funnel advertising strategy, building and executing brand-focused campaigns across various digital channels, and integrating these efforts with direct-to-donate campaigns. The ideal candidate must have a passion for social change, at least 6 years of experience in paid media, advertising operations, or paid social media optimization, and a background in agency, nonprofit, or political work in digital advertising, fundraising, and marketing.
