We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Senior Stock Plan Analyst to join our Equity team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end Stock Plan Administration of Box's global equity programs, including equity grants, option exercises, RSU releases, ESPP administration, and special projects. You'll partner closely with key stakeholders across the business – including Legal, HR, Tax, Payroll, and Finance – to ensure the accuracy, compliance, reporting, and efficiency of our equity operations, while delivering a best-in-class employee experience globally.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Serve as a subject matter expert in global equity compensation, including RSUs, ISOs, NSOs, and ESPP.
• Manage the end-to-end processing of equity transactions (grants, releases, exercises, cancellations, etc.) in Charles Schwab EquiView.
• Coordinate global ESPP enrollment and purchase cycles and ensure accurate processing and reconciliations in collaboration with Payroll and Schwab.
• Oversee quarterly and year-end close and reporting, internal / external audits, including SOX and ASC 718 compliance.
• Proactively plan and partner with stakeholders across Legal, HR, Tax, Payroll, and Finance to ensure data accuracy, alignment, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Analyze and reconcile equity data, perform audits, and prepare / review all month-end journal entries.
• Respond to complex employee inquiries with a high level of service and professionalism.
• Lead employee education initiatives, including new hire equity onboarding and maintenance of communication materials.
• Identify opportunities to enhance equity processes and systems through automation, AI, improved controls, and workflow changes.
• Oversee the preparation of equity-related materials for SEC filings and proxy statements.
• Take initiative on special projects aimed at improving the global equity experience or enhancing reporting capabilities.
