You’re the go-to for predictive site surveys and the architect behind clean, customer-ready designs. From wireless and security to music and paging, you guide the technical roadmap that sets each deployment up for success. If you know how to blend precision with practicality and can translate site needs into smart layouts and standards, we want you in this seat.
What You’ll Do
Lead and execute Predictive Site Surveys to ensure wireless and network designs are positioned for project successDevelop and maintain wireless heat mapping reports that validate coverage, identify performance gaps, and guide infrastructure placementDesign audio and paging systems that align with client needs, site acoustics, and technology standardsProvide CAD markups and documentation that translate conceptual designs into precise field execution guidanceDefine and uphold configuration standards for networks and security systems to ensure quality and consistency across deployments
What You Bring
Hands-on experience with wireless design tools like Ekahau or similarProficiency in AutoCAD or related CAD platformsSolid understanding of LAN / WAN infrastructure and security design principlesStrong problem-solving instincts and a proactive mindsetClear communication style, both verbal and writtenAbility to own outcomes, follow through, and work collaboratively with field and project teams
Certifications Preferred
Ekahau Certified Survey Engineer (ECSE) (Highly preferred)CWDP (Certified Wireless Design Professional) (Highly preferred) RCDD (Registered Communications Distribution Designer)CWNP, CWNA, CWISA, CWNECisco Wireless Certificates
Nice to Have
Experience working with field technicians, design iteration under fast timelines, or familiarity with NetAlly and other network validation tools.
