We are seeking a Pre-litigation Personal Injury Associate Attorney for a firm in Century City. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual to join a collaborative team passionate about representing injured clients.

Qualifications and Responsibilities

• Previous experience in pre-litigation or litigation personal injury cases
• Ability to oversee and manage pre-litigation cases with support from case managers and teams including property damage, records, demands, negotiations, and lien negotiations
• Manage all phases of pre-litigation, ensuring proper case preparation by case managers
• Collaborate on case evaluation, strategizing, and medical management to maximize case value and settlement potential
• Admitted to practice in CA
