As a Quality Engineer, you'll collaborate with production teams and subject matter experts to drive continuous improvement, reduce customer complaints, and ensure our products meet the highest standards. What You'll Do

• Champion product quality and on-time delivery to ensure customer satisfaction
• Develop and refine inspection methods to improve product analysis and recommend enhancements
• Collaborate across departments to elevate quality standards and processes
• Ensure compliance with internal and industry quality benchmarks
• Lead problem-solving initiatives and implement strategic solutions
• Conduct inspections and document findings with accuracy and clarity
• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) database
• Manage raw material qualifications and troubleshoot quality control issues
• Analyze data to identify trends and communicate results to the manufacturing team
• Drive cost reduction initiatives through process optimization
• Lead process improvement projects using tools like Six Sigma, DMAIC, FMEA, SPC, and Lean
• Coordinate cross-functional activities and maintain effective communication across teams
• Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of the role

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated starting compensation range is $40,887–$115,000. Base pay is only part of our Total Rewards program. Note : programs are subject to eligibility requirements.
