What You'll Do
- Champion product quality and on-time delivery to ensure customer satisfaction
- Develop and refine inspection methods to improve product analysis and recommend enhancements
- Collaborate across departments to elevate quality standards and processes
- Ensure compliance with internal and industry quality benchmarks
- Lead problem-solving initiatives and implement strategic solutions
- Conduct inspections and document findings with accuracy and clarity
- Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) database
- Manage raw material qualifications and troubleshoot quality control issues
- Analyze data to identify trends and communicate results to the manufacturing team
- Drive cost reduction initiatives through process optimization
- Lead process improvement projects using tools like Six Sigma, DMAIC, FMEA, SPC, and Lean
- Coordinate cross-functional activities and maintain effective communication across teams
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of the role
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering3+ years of dedicated experience in manufacturing or quality engineering5+ years of overall experience in manufacturingAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)Strong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishExcellent time management, project management, and organizational skillsProven ability to work independently and collaborativelyExperience with Six Sigma and Lean methodologiesFamiliarity with ISO procedures and work instructionsStrong analytical and mathematical skillsHigh attention to detail and a commitment to qualityPreferred Qualifications

The estimated starting compensation range is $40,887–$115,000. Base pay is only part of our Total Rewards program. Benefits include 401(k) with company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance. Note : programs are subject to eligibility requirements.
