Sales and Marketing Director Benefits :
- $85-90k plus bonus for each move-in

Sales and Marketing Director Qualifications :
- Four years of documented sales results in an AL, IL, RCFE community setting
- Excellent leadership skills
- Pass a criminal background check
- Experience working with private pay residents
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organized and proficient with Microsoft Office
Sales and Marketing Director Responsibilities :
- Community outreach to build relationships to drive census and meet company growth goal
- Generate and manage leads to qualified prospects and move them through the admission process.
- Develop written and digital promotional marketing materials for the community
- Participate in community marketing events throughout the year
- Maintain competitive analysis of local, assisted living, independent living, and memory care
