We are also proud supporters of Girls, Inc. Our products are currently offered on Amazon, Walmart, Etsy, our own website DTC, Faire (B2B Wholesale Marketplace), and direct wholesale to brick and mortar retail stores.

Position Overview
We are searching for a self-motivated individual to join our ecom-centric team who is obsessed with organization and processes.
The individual will become familiar with our existing shipping tech stack and manage everything from shipping from our suppliers to fulfilling customer orders.
This position will manage a small warehouse staff to help with assembly, picking, packing, and shipping. The individual will take ownership of accurate inventory counts, and moving inventory across our local warehouses to make sure we are fully stocked for selling online.
Job Responsibilities
Hard Skills :
- Proficient in using computers, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office, (Basic to Intermediate Excel).
- Familiar with Shipstation, UPS Worldship, and FedEx software.
- Experience coordinating international and domestic shipments, both imports and exports.
- Knowledge of customs laws, customs clearance, and harmonized codes.
- Taking ownership of the inventory management, keeping accurate counts, storage organization across multiple local warehouses, picking orders, packing orders and shipping orders.
- Preparing and creating shipping plans to restock Amazon FBA in Seller Central and Walmart WFS in Seller Center.
- Receive inbound shipments, prepare outbound domestic shipments and exports, and enter into our IMS in a timely manner.
- Knowledge of how tech stacks work in conjunction with an e-commerce business.
