This is a new role for a people-first manufacturer that invests in its team. You'll partner directly with the CHRO to assess needs, build programs, and roll out initiatives that level up skills, leaders, and culture— with room to expand.

What you'll own

• Assess & prioritize development needs for hourly and salaried teams.
• Design & deliver training (leadership, performance management, communication, HR compliance).
• Build & buy

create in-house content

and source the right external programs (leadership, respectful workplace, compliance).

evaluate, select, and manage training partners; measure ROI.

pitch in on day-to-day HR questions when needed.
