Job Summary

The Inforce Processor is responsible for accurately processing and maintaining inforce policyholder data, including billing updates, enrollment changes, and other administrative tasks. This role ensures timely and accurate handling of transactions in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs) and regulatory guidelines. The Inforce Processor collaborates with internal teams, brokers, and policyholders to resolve inquiries and support ongoing policy administration.

The role works within the Operations department processing a variety of billing-related transactions including enrollments, terminations, re-enrollments, salary & demographic updates, Evidence of Insurability (EOI forms, File Feed (FTP) updates with a focus on one-touch resolution.

We are currently seeking Level I & II Representative experience.

What You'll Do :

• Ensure timely and accurate handling of billing items in alignment with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Collaborate with Regional Group Offices, brokers, policyholders, and internal teams to resolve billing inquiries, maintaining relationships & service excellence.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of contract guidelines and team-specific work types.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide clear, accurate, and timely information.
• Support continuous improvement by updating and editing process documentation.
• Prioritize and execute additional duties as assigned to support departmental goals.

Salary Band : 02A

This selected candidate will be expected to work hybrid in Indianapolis, IN. The candidate will also be expected to physically return to the office in CA, WI, IN or ME as business needs dictate or for team-building and collaboration.
