Sr. AWS Engineer

Job Overview :

We are seeking a very senior highly tenured AWS Engineer with deep experience in enterprise-level cloud migration programs. This role supports a Director within Clients Financial Services organization. Ideal candidates will have worked directly on AWS migration initiatives at Client location including Gen3 or enterprise-wide modernization programs (CDDR ETB etc.).

Required Skill :

15 years of deep experience in AWS Engineering Cloud Architecture or Infrastructure Modernization.

Gen3 migration experience

Strong background in :

• AWS services (EC2 Lambda S3 VPC IAM CloudWatch RDS ECS / EKS etc.)
• Migration tooling & frameworks (CloudEndure Application Discovery Terraform Jenkins etc.)
• Landing Zone security standards network architecture

Hands-on experience working on programs with large-scale enterprise impact (CDDR ETB or similar).

Ability to manage migration tasks end-to-end with minimal oversight.

Job Description :

Lead and execute AWS migration projects in an enterprise environment.

Work independently on large-scale migration tasks (ETB CDDR initiatives etc.).

Understand and manage end-to-end migration processes including planning design build test and cutover.

Work with cross-functional teams to implement mass organizational changes as part of large cloud programs.

Provide senior-level technical guidance and ensure alignment with cloud architecture standards.

Drive Gen3 migrations (preferred) or similar modernization efforts.
