  • Compensation: Compensation is determined by level of experience. 1-2 yrs: $295,000 3-6 yrs: $313,000 7-17 yrs: $331,000 18-24 yrs: $349,000 25+ yrs: $367,000
  • Benefits: Full medical, dental, and vision insurance, free of any monthly premium charge for the employee. Paid leave includes 5 weeks of paid vacation, 11 holidays, 5 paid sick days, and 5 days for CME with a $4,500 allowance. Loan repayment options via NHSC and SLRP. 403(b) or 457(b) retirement plans. Relocation up to $5,000 for in-state and $7,500 out of state. Licensure/DEA reimbursement, along with full malpractice insurance with tail coverage.
  • Additional Info: Provides comprehensive psychological care, including assessment, diagnosis, counseling, and psychotherapy for adolescents through geriatrics. Manages cases involving emotional, behavioral, developmental, and mental health disorders; performs crisis intervention; and administers psychological testing. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, involves families in care plans, and maintains thorough, policy-compliant documentation. Supervises departmental staff, supports quality and safety initiatives, and participates in research and professional development. Upholds ethical standards, confidentiality, cultural sensitivity, and a positive professional presence while contributing to continuous improvement efforts. Supplemental compensation to those providers who agree to work at our outlying clinics in South County. - Gonzales, Soledad, Greenfield 15% in addition to regular salary - King City 20% in addition to the regular salary
