Responsibilities

• Work as a leader of project teams to drive the delivery and implementation of major capital projects (>

$30 MM USD) within Henkel North America. May be required to manage projects simultaneously at multiple sites.

Qualifications

BS Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering required (Chemical Engineering preferred).

15-20 years hands on experience with Capital Project Management at chemical manufacturing facilities

Ability to multi-task effectively and execute multiple projects at various stages.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.

Strong technical and data analysis skills required.

A demonstrated ability to learn new chemistries and processes.

The salary for this role is $120,000.00 - $160,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
