Accounting Services Administrator

Position Overview

International is seeking an Accounting Services Administrator to join our team at the International Proving Grounds in New Carlisle, Indiana supporting R&D Operations

The Accounting Services Administrator helps facilitate AP / AR, Accounting, Vendor Relations / Communications and Material Ordering with Purchase Orders

Responsibilities

Maintain / Update Vendor Contact List

Coordinate vendor profile updates

Vendor Liaison serves as link between vendors and customer to assist with Commercial (payment) status / issues, Review / submit invoices

Manage / Issue Site Purchase Orders

Material Planning / Ordering for MRO / Overhead Items

Maintain PO Accrual / Spend Tracking

Review Weekly Velocity Report and work to resolve any items in exceptions.

Liaison between Corporate AP / AR

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree

At least 2 years of account services experience (managing internal / external customer relationships)

OR

• Master's Degree

OR

Additional Requirements

Desired Skills

Highly effective written and verbal communication skills, including skills to work effectively in a team environment.

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel & PPT.

Knowledge of data visualization strategies to explore, analyze, visualize, and present data (software such as Tableau or Power BI are a plus)

Awareness of and experience working in the corporate Finance & Accounting process.

Reliable at meeting deadlines and strong sense of urgency.

Excellent time management and organization skills with a proven ability to multi-task.
