A company is looking for a Manager, Mid-Market Film & Television Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of Mid-Market Customer Success Managers

Drive retention, client satisfaction, and growth across the mid-market portfolio

Manage complex client escalations and ensure operational rigor

Required Qualifications

6-10+ years of experience in Customer Success or a related client-facing role

2-5+ years of people leadership experience in a client-facing team

Proven success in driving client retention and satisfaction

Experience in managing escalations and fostering cross-functional collaboration

Strong analytical skills for client health tracking and usage analysis
