Job descriptionVerifying required shipment documentation Preparing master airway bills for both domestic and international shipments Assemble ready-for-use packaging systems for pick ups Booking shipments as required by carrier Cold chain management of shipments in all temperature ranges Professional demeanor. Mastery of skills required as Operations Level 1 Filing SEDs for regulated exports Create shipment documentation as necessary Mastery of international airlines, rates and service restrictions Follow WorldStar sending instructions and action requests in a timely fashion Demonstrate operational efficiency and shipment processing accuracy Proficiency in required WorldSTAR screens and other World Courier systems Full understanding of Cold Chain Management Airline experience preferred Cold chain logistics experience ideal Proficient in Microsoft Office Background in import / export Morning shift availability (between 6 : 00 AM and 10 : 00 AM) Weekend availability

Location : Hawthorne CA 90250
Employment Type : Contract-to-Hire (4 months )
Shift Timing : Morning shift between 6 : 00 AM and 10 : 00 AM Weekend availability
NB. 12 hours per day
Job Responsibilities
- Receiving shipments from the Dispatch department and assuring their correct handling by :
Coordinating with Dispatch the receiving of inbound shipments
