VP Of Growth Marketing

We're seeking a strategic and hands-on VP of Growth Marketing to lead and execute go-to-market (GTM) initiatives that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role requires a deep understanding of payments ecosystem, strong technical marketing skills, and experience with tools like Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, WordPress, and Google Analytics. Looking for expertise in B2B SaaS industry. Candidates must be commutable to Philadelphia.

Key responsibilities include :

GTM Strategy & Execution : Develop and implement data-driven go-to-market strategies for new product launches, feature rollouts, and market expansion.

Demand Generation : Own and optimize multi-channel campaigns across email, paid media, SEO, and content marketing to drive qualified leads.

Marketing Automation : Leverage Salesforce and Marketing Cloud to build automated workflows, lead scoring models, and personalized customer journeys.

Website & Analytics : Manage and optimize the company's WordPress site for performance, SEO, and conversion. Use Google Analytics and other tools to track KPIs and generate actionable insights.

Payments Ecosystem Expertise : Collaborate with product and sales teams to craft messaging and campaigns that resonate with financial decision-makers and align with industry trends.

Cross-functional Collaboration : Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align marketing efforts with business goals and customer needs.

Requirements : Qualifications :

7+ years of experience in growth marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS or financial technology company.

Proven success in developing and executing GTM strategies.

Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem and financial services landscape.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, WordPress, and Google Analytics.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.

Excellent communication and project management skills.

Preferred skills :

Experience with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies.

Familiarity with other marketing tools like HubSpot, SEMrush, or Hotjar.

Basic HTML / CSS knowledge for website updates and landing page creation.
