Job description$25-$30 per hour Must be bilingual in English and Spanish and have at least three + years of Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy experience Proficiency with BestCase, Clio, Microsoft Office and Adobe Proficiency with e-filing systems (CM / ECF, PACER) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to provide excellent customer service skills Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple cases Can work both independently and with a team, in a fast-paced setting Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions Draft and file Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 petitions, schedules, statements, and related documents Communicate with clients, trustees, courts, and creditors to collect documents and move cases forward Use platforms like BestCase and Clio to keep cases accurate and on track Stay ahead of deadlines and ensure cases run smoothly from start to finish Everything bankruptcy from the initial call until a discharge
