Electronic Warfare - Program / System Analyst

JRAD is seeking candidates for an immediate fill Electronic Warfare-Program / System Analyst position supporting the U.S. Army Evaluation Center (AEC) Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Evaluation Directorate (C5ISRED). These position is an offsite position, but the candidate must be local to Aberdeen, MD (within 1-hr driving distance).

Roles / Responsibilities :

• Provide technical guidance and system analysis on Electronic Warfare (EW) systems.
• Work independently with minimal guidance on complex projects and assignments; tasks require expert level application of established methods, procedures, techniques, criteria, and programs.
• Analyze program requirements for testability.
• Evaluate EW systems for Operational Effectiveness and Operational Suitability.
• Complete work reviewed for soundness of analysis, the suitability of methods used, and for conformance with organizational analytical procedures and practices; programs and issues may present problems not susceptible to resolution by accepted methods and / or may require application of new developments and theories.
• Participate in the development of Test & Evaluation (T&E) strategies, approaches, processes, schedules, and resource requirements.
• Assist with generating and reviewing test documentation including Test and Evaluation Master Plans (TEMPs), System Evaluation Plans (SEPs), Development and Operational Test Plans, schedules, and various T&E Evaluation Reports in support of Milestone Decisions and Material Release.
• Coordinate and participate in Development and Operational Test events.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, engineering, logistics, external Government organizations, Army Capability Managers, and other Product Offices along with the defense industry.

Required Skills and Education :

Knowledge of Material Solution Analysis, Technology Maturation and Risk Reduction, Engineering and Manufacturing Development, and Production and Deployment phases of the Acquisition Process.
