Staff Tax Accountant

A well-respected CPA in the area is looking to add a Staff Tax Accountant to join their team and be part of their family-oriented culture. This is an amazing opportunity for candidates who are motivated, detail-oriented, and have expertise in full-charge bookkeeping, Quickbooks, Microsoft Suite (especially Excel), and CCH Prosystems FX.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to :

• Review and analysis of client general ledger data and financial information
• QuickBooks data entry, reconciliation, adjustments, and financial statements
• Payroll processing and preparation of applicable forms and reports
• Monthly, quarterly, and annual tax deposits and compliance reporting
• Income tax prep for individuals, partnerships, and corporations
• Work one-on-one with clients while providing tax and accounting support
• Assist with other projects as needed
