Job descriptionCompetitive Pay Paid Time Off & Holidays Great Work Environment Housing Discounts (after 90 days) Opportunities for Advancement Assist with general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, painting, and appliance repairs HVAC and EPA Certified is a must Help prepare units for move-ins and turnovers Perform routine property inspections and basic preventative maintenance Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner Maintain cleanliness of common areas, grounds, and maintenance shop Assist with emergency on-call duties as needed Previous maintenance experience is a plus, but not required Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to take direction and work as part of a team Good communication and problem-solving skills High School Diploma or GED preferred Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation required Basic knowledge of tools and safety procedures Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM Some weekends and on-call shifts as needed
