The candidate will report to our Global Amazon Senior Director and C-Suite. The E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day online marketplace for GOOGLE & SHOPIFY. This role will be responsible for E-Commerce management, and merchandising strategies from inception (research and development) through execution (implementation and reporting) including but not limited to launching sales & new products, email marketing, website maintenance, site navigation, inventory / logistics tracking, asset management & content curation.

The person in this role will also need to update product listing data in a global database on a monthly basis. Will ensure that our team activities (creative assets, website relaunch, shipping, stock, customer service, warehouse fulfilment, etc.) are performed accurately, to a high standard and in a timely manner while maximizing sales and profit on SHOPIFY.

In addition, candidates must maintain expert knowledge of shifting policies and rules regarding customer service, seller feedback, fulfillment, inventory management, and product regulations on the SHOPIFY and GOOGLE platforms.

This role will also be office based, meaning you will be required to work in the physical office a minimum of 5 days per week Monday – Friday at our Santa Monica office. Applicants must be willing to wear several hats, have a thick skin & good sense of humor, able to lift 15-pound boxes, and comfortable in a dog friendly office.
