• Other details : The facility which is trauma level 3 and PEDs level 3 looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours only. The facility is seeking one CRNA for a full-time schedule consisting of three or four 12-hour shifts from Friday to Monday, with coverage required on both Saturday and Sunday. The case mix includes ENT, general surgery, GI endoscopy, GYN, podiatry, OB, orthopedics, healthy pediatric cases, robotic procedures, urology, and vascular, with no CT or neuro cases. The position follows a medically supervised care team model, with CRNAs supporting multiple areas including seven ORs in the main surgery department, four ORs in the adjacent surgery center, two GI treatment rooms, one bronchoscopy room, and one cath lab.
