Details / Requirements :

3-4 shifts / week (12s), Friday-Monday

Weekend coverage required (Sat & Sun)

Board Certified, Washington or IMLC license

ACLS, BLS required

Case mix : ENT, general, GI, GYN, podiatry, OB, ortho, healthy peds, robotics, urology, vascular

Surgical types : cardiac, ortho, OB, peds, regional, thoracic, trauma, spinal / epidural anesthesia, obstetrics

No CT or Neuro

Coverage across 7 ORs, Surgi-Center, GI rooms, Bronch, Cath lab

Care team model, medically supervised

Trauma Level 3 Peds Level 3

Estimated credentialing : 60-90 days (Temporary privileges available)

EMR : Epic
