RWE Design Build is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Administrator to support the marketing & business development efforts that highlight our firm’s expertise in animal & healthcare facility planning, design, & construction.
This role helps keep our marketing operations running smoothly through coordination, organization, & basic content support. The Marketing Administrator will assist with updating materials, maintaining project files, scheduling posts, & helping with research & preparation for events & trade shows.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Administrative Support
- Assist with day-to-day marketing tasks & provide general administrative support to the marketing team.
- Update project information, photos, & marketing materials as needed.
- Maintain marketing files, photo libraries, & templates for team use.
- Help organize & track project data, marketing lists, & event contacts.
- Coordinate with vendors (printers, photographers, designers) for materials & deliverables.
Digital & Social Media Support
Maintain weekly postings & schedule social media updates.Assist in keeping the company website current with new projects, photos, & news items.Track basic engagement metrics & report monthly summaries to the team.Event & Proposal Coordination
Support trade show & event logistics including registrations, shipping, & materials preparation.Assist with assembling proposal packages, presentations, & award submissions.Coordinate the collection of content & photos from project teams.Collaborate with operations & sales teams on ground breakings, project kick-off events, mid-project photos, & client open house events.Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required.1–2 years of office, marketing, or administrative experience preferred (internships or related roles welcome).Strong attention to detail & organization skills.Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).Familiarity with social media platforms : LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc., & basic marketing tools like Canva.Positive attitude, willingness to learn, & ability to work collaboratively!Benefits
