What You’ll Do

Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Monitor resident health and report changes to the care team

Support residents with daily living activities and emotional well-being

Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans

Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and other staff to deliver high-quality care

Who We’re Looking For

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Delaware

Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented

Strong communication and time management skills

Must be able to commute to Newark, DE daily
