A company is looking for a Staff Backend Software Engineer.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, build, and test backend software components in Go

Write clean and scalable code with automated tests

Provide technical leadership and mentor software engineers

Required Qualifications :

At least 10 years of professional experience writing enterprise software

Deep experience with Go

Proven experience in operating production software

Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, mathematics, or related fields

Experience with microservices and distributed systems
