About the role

We’re looking for an experienced IT engineer to join us at Gamma. You’ll be jumping in to provide hands‑on support and systems engineering to enable our team to work at lightning speed.

IT at Gamma is a nimble but mighty function dedicated to empowering people to have the best possible technology to bring out their best. We’re obsessed with discovering the latest and greatest tooling, and as IT engineer, you’ll be right in the action as we develop the company’s modern infrastructure from the ground up.

Our team has a strong in‑office culture and works in person 4–5 days per week in San Francisco. We love working together to stay creative and connected, with flexibility to work from home when focus matters most.

What you’ll do

• Oversee inventory, distribution, and retrieval of company laptops and other assets
• Administer and maintain our SaaS application suite including Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, and 1Password
• Ramp up our MDM capabilities to be cross‑platform ready using tools like Kandji and Intune
• Support our team’s ability to access and utilize tooling and systems through identity management and single sign‑on
• Maintain the quality and performance of our office infrastructure including networking and security systems
• Collaborate with and provide frontline support for our rapidly growing team
